Maybe you shouldn't have mentioned the tabs... I wonder if they offer a farm exemption in your area. My parents had a seventy something Dodge step-side that we drove a couple times a year, just to take pears to sell, and we were able to get the farm exemption sticker or plate, which meant they didn't have to renew the tabs just for a couple of trips. Maybe it would work for your situation, maybe not...

I may edit out the tag thingy. My dodge is really a beast. My tag really is expired tho. I just dont want to drive far...lol.

Today in the garden, I leveled all the raised beds. Hauled in, and spread, at least a dozen bucket loads of composted horse and chicken manure. This afternoon I will put the rototiller attachment onto my little tractor, and in the morning rototill the whole thing. Then, I'll make rows, and be ready when the time comes to plant. The individual beds were getting to be just too much for my old body.

Started seeds this week. Leeks, artichokes, cabbage, broccoli. Staring longingly at garden beds in the 70° weather.

I started my seeds also! Corn, (for looks) tomatoes, strawberries, LOTS of squash, pumpkins, Brussel sprouts, Lavender, sunflower, tulips, primrose, ect.

All in my greenhouse!
