I remember this place I lived in about 10 or so years ago had the thickest blackberry growth in the back yard. I decided to clear it out one day and found a stunted apple tree. Lol. Couldn't even see it before. Curious to see how your trees turn out as well. Keep us posted.
Those are called fungus gnats. the larva can cause problems on the roots, they can get to be real problems in production greenhouses.

It probably would not be worth the cost, ...maybe take them outside during the day for some fresh air and sunshine, and return them to your greenhouse-or window sill in the evening.
If you can get the yellow aphid sticky traps, that might help. or get a yellow or white plastic lid and put corn syrup on it, it should act like a sticky trap. some people have luck with corn oil.
