What did you do in the garden today?

I heard we will be getting some cool air from Canada! I am thrilled! We have deer all over the place as well as rabbits, but they all run if they see you. DH found more bear tracks down by the river. I am trying to identify some of the plants around here. I will try to get some pictures.

No cool air here at the moment!

I have a friend that is extremely allergic to bees and wasps. She has to carry 5 or so epipens with her everywhere. That's just to get her to the hospistal.

Not cool here either. No rain like we were supposed to have. Got some mulch for the flower bed again.

It's 58 here at the moment. We stoked up the fire pit and have been enjoying a crisp, clear evening. Feels like October in August. I can't remember the last time we had a mid-August cooler. Hope y'all get some of this!

It is currently raining, so it is bound to cool off somewhat. I would sure love some sub 90 temperatures to work in! Might get something done with less cooling breaks. I think i need a fridge and a fan in my coop!

I am really missing Wink! What is going on with her?
I am going out to reinforce the garden gate and make sure varmints don't get in there.
Then back to the coop after spending the earlier part of the day caulking between logs of the cabin.
