Hi, all. My internet has not been working for days, and I've missed so much on BYC. Hubs is getting home early today, so have to start dinner soon, but I see I'll need to go back and read several pages to catch up. Hope you all have been well, and having fun gardening (or if you're in a cold area like me, planning next years garden!). I missed you guys!

Today is migraine day for me. It's a whopper today, complete with occasional numb arm and side of face. Still waiting for my favorite seed catalogs. Yes, I take them to bed with me also.

My favorite team, er potatoes are Adirondack Red and Kennebec.

Oooh! Congrats on the greenhouse! I must admit, I'm jealous! I'm probably lucky just to have what I've got considering where I live. Next year the garden will be pretty impressive I think.
Every year the land market gets a little bit better and every year land prices go up. We own our house, so that's nice, but we want more space and it keeps getting more expensive. So that's not so nice.

I finished dehydrating some of the herbs. I ended up with 1/2 pint of parsley just from two trays. It's nothing compared to what's still left outside yet. It's snowing a bit today. Just a smidge but it's enough to keep me indoors. It's supposed to be warmer (36) and sunny tomorrow, right before we get a deep snow front, so I will be trying to get the rest of my mulch out ASAP for that. There's still a large number of plants to be pulled and compost to be tilled in for 1.5 25' beds. I wonder if I can get it all done?

Maybe I should go out for a bit today after-all. But I'm cold and working on holiday gifts.

The ring i sent to my son mysteriously was missing a diamond when he got it! Something is rotten in denmark!
We are supposed to get snow tomorrow, hopefully after i pick up the new bunnies!

I pulled out my first-snow covered kale, chard and lettuce and threw it to the chickens!

Thanks so much, it's good to be back. Our naughty cat, Ozzy, knocked the modem for our computer off the side table and it landed on the heater and melted it! So my computer was down for several days. Why can't he behave like our good cats?

After reading over the days I missed, Chocolate Mouse, those pans your sister gave you sound awesome! Really happy for you (and a little jealous). What a great gift you received!
Cap, the greenhouse looks so cute. I don't know where you find all of your energy! Also the pics of your raised beds look great, too. Do you have spring bulbs planted in there? How have you been feeling lately, last I remember your ears were bleeding. How is your hubby doing, are his ribs healed up?
