What did you do in the garden today?

Awful if they eat them do not do allot of visiting sites online like that and was not going to show anything

???? Who on earth would eat humming bird eggs. The website is just a webcam of a humming bird nest. I believe she was referring to the size of the eggs, with a quote from the website:

"the nest is about the size of a golf ball, with eggs being about the size of a tic-tac candy"

Just had a lady try to chew me out for not letting her last-minute buy a large breed rabbit with nothing to transport it in but a thin cardboard box for well over an hour drive. 9_9; She's clearly never had a rodent chew out of a box before. Not that I have a problem with it if it was a short trip but this wasn't.

It started raining today and is getting cold again over the next two days but I think it's only dropping down into the 40's which is nice. I think we finally officially have a spring!

I hope to get my basil in dirt tonight - finally. I keep not getting around to it. Dumb stuff keeps coming up and getting in the way.

Babysat the seedlings in the potting shed. Moved the poitsettia out there too. She was looking sad. Made up some more starting medium. Spent the whole day yesterday down wind from a wildfire 2 miles away. I swear I still smell like an ashtray.

Tomorrow I will over-seed the pasture and hay field.

I also need to spray the orchard as soon as we loose some winds.

I've had my share of falls and injuries, even though I am 22. Once, I cut myself while pumpkin carving, and I had to go to the ER. It was that bad. To make things worse, I was wearing a white shirt at the time, which was stained red around the chest with blood. When I got to the ER, they thought I was shot.

I had to say, "Its my finger. I wasnt shot."

They had to tourniquete my finger, and stitch me up.

That was 2016, I still have the scar.

In 2003, a similar incident happened, still have the scar.

I use the scars as reminders that knives need to be used safely, or you can be hurt.
That's why I don't use a chainsaw anymore. And as tempting as it seems, I refuse to buy a saws all/ reciprocating saw. I go through enough bandaids as it is and medicare has some hefty copays. LOL!
