Those are so pretty! I've seen the flowers added to salads and I think you can pickle almost anything. Worth thinking about. I planned to pickle our beets 'cuz I didn't think I liked beets, but I really liked those baby ones from the garden. I might still pickle some of them, we have a lot planted. Now I'm thinking about pickling golden beets with some green onion flowers added for a color splash in the jar.Scallions are so pretty, does anyone do anything with the flowers?
