What did you do in the garden today?

Got my spraying done before the strong winds started . Here is a pic of a hack this old man uses on a tank sprayer . Too much pumping . So I install a tire valve . The kind that has a threaded stem . Drill a hole and install . Air it up with a compressor . The pop off protects from over filling air . View attachment 2636166
Ingenious ! I am impressed.

I am not sleeping much. I slept in and then laid down again for a bit because I didn't feel well. I'm still dealing with a sore throat, but I'm wide awake now after all the extra rest this morning. So I went ahead and up potted zucchini, winter pumpkins, butternut squash, one of the sugar pumpkins, half straight eight cucumbers and half the pickle cucumbers (the other half of the cucumbers were planted a few days late). I need to get sunflowers, basil and oregano transplanted outside ASAP, probably tomorrow some time. A bunch of peppers are ready to go out as well, but I'm waiting until the weekend for those.

finally my potatoes are starting to show ,peas as well, planted some more peas so i hopefully have continuall cropping .put the zucchinni plants out a couple of days ago ,they were fine yesterday but the ones in the open bed don,t look to good this morning ,the others by the fence are looking better ,they are in pots to grow up the fence .I also planted some sunflower seeds then found some old packets of mixed flower seeds so scattered them about .finally realised I had no space to put my leeks and broccoli so built a raised bed out of old wood ,got to get some soil to fill that now .Also got the roof down off the old chicken run ,had a little help off my ygd when she was around ,I now have a lot of wood to do things with .getting my hair cut today finally and having my second jab tomorrow all good i hope .
