I couldn't tell too good from the picture what those were.
If they are aphids, dawn dish soap and water will be rid of them.
If they are moths, ie caterpiller makers
Dawn might work, however the pyrehin and probably permethins, which are natural, should work too.
HOLY CRAP, we had a big rain just pass over. got 2.32 inches of rain over about an hour or so. I was not home or id's be doing some valve swapping but I was able to catch about 1500 gallons of that before my collection contraption overflowed. I use rain water in my garden, trees instead of city water. Each year I save probably 500 dollars or more when you add up what they charge for the water / built in sewage charges. Anyways, won't be needing to USE the water today but having it helps a ton. I get IBC totes for free, and lined the fence with them and use them for water collection / storage. Cut them in half and they make oober awesome above ground gardens too. Self contained super dooper tater bucket.
