What did you do in the garden today?

Going to bed but my oldest son who's in college is in the kitchen cutting veggies and steak to make Phillies for Mother's Day lunch tomorrow.
This is after him, his brothers and my husband helped me all day in the garden and after he gave me a dozen white roses and a card, when he got home from shopping for ingredients at the store.
Such a good boy.

Nice day yesterday . Spent a lot of time outside . Thought I would be stiff and sore but no . Looking like Thursday to fish . Appointment Tuesday and Friday . I will get bait and a license Tuesday .

Finally got the chicks moved to the coop, and the ladies screamed like the coop was suddenly infested with weasels. Tomorrow will be scrub every inch of the bathroom and wash all the towels day.

Hubs and daughter are working so we’re having Mother’s Day next weekend. Today the boys helped me clean up a bit in the yard, and I transplanted the jalapeño plant, the comfrey I had in pots, the lemongrass and tended a few plants. A few snaps from today
