Ditto!What helps me is wearing white shirts, a wide brimmed light hat, constantly drinking water, and getting out of the heat before I get too hot!
I was just looking into these. Love to hear if they work...I have these cooling arm things hubs bought for me last year, I’m going try those this year and see if they help at all.

Umm, how on earth did you figure out you had to cut the heads off before your chickens would eat them???? Inquiring minds want to know.....I think they bite, try putting one on your hand. My chicken will eat them if I cut their heads off.![]()
