I have plastic coffee cans with lids stashed around the yard. I keep plastic grocery bags in them, for dog clean up duties. I read your post and was thinking that I could keep spare gloves in those cans.I bought a pack of gardening gloves from TSC on clearance. They were the vinyl coated gloves that they normally sell in individual pairs but these had some black smudges on the vinyl. There were probably 10-15 pairs in the bundle? I paid $9.99 for the entire pack. Then I stashed them around the place so I'd always have a pair nearby...Some in the garage, house, gardening shed, barn, shop, etc... After a while, they migrate so I have to occasionally collect them and redistribute.
And yet, I still find myself in the garden at least half the time with no gloves...I just forget to put some on before I go down there or I go down there with no intentions of getting my hands dirty. We all know how that turns out....
But then I still would have to return them to the can, that's the problem...
