That sounds really good! I use my stalks and leaves and make cream of broccoli soup and freeze. Great for casseroles and broccoli cheddar soupMade broccoli salad. We prefer homemade as the store bought is coarse and tough. Lots of tough stalk. We use the stalks but everything goes into the food processor and pulsed a bit.
