Today was brooder cleaning and porch cleaning time. Moved the baby peas to an outdoor brooder. A little earlier then I usually move them out but taking my kids camping soon and want to be sure they're adjusted and comfortable before we leave.
Thought my peas were done laying for the summer but got more eggs today. Talked to the fellow who gave me my boy and he's decided he just wants one boy from the babies because he doesn't want to breed siblings.

Smart and responsible fellow. So I'll let him take his pick once they're sexable. Think I'll also suggest that he takes at least one more so he can hopefully trade instead of purchase to get his unrelated girl. I might hint that I hope he doesn't pick Pinon if Pinon turns out to be a boy...but hoping Pinons a girl.

Sleepy peababies and one yoko chick to encourage good eating.
