I don’t know if that makes it better, or worse. No matter what, she should’ve listened to your instructions. It’s such an awful and expensive lesson to learn, I’m sorry you had to deal with it, but I hope it taught her to actually pay attention to instructions.

I promise you it did not but I hope somewhere down the line she learns.

The girls were helping me landscape and getting a good dirt bath.

Some strangers from the woodlot next door showed up looking for a handout.

Well yesterday we added an extension to our run! it’s now 24x9 for our 19 hens. It used to be 9x9 smaller. So it took us about 4 hours and a couple frozen noses. I love it!
