Well, we are back on for getting the trees trimmed up Koke'e this coming Monday- Friday. So I get to go up and stay a few nights 😁😁😁 yippee! DH says he can handle chores if I don't mind going up 🤭🤭🤭🤭 well, ok! Packing my bags! right after making TG dinner lol.

Sewing feed bags today. Flock passed the mornings visual and poop check. Just a nice, pleasant and drama free day today.View attachment 3330837

So I'm curious (since I can't sleep afraid I might oversleep to take mom to surgery at 4 lol... is this like a second house yall got there you go to periodically...home away from home!? Just sounds so peaceful...not that your pictures helped my imagination at all LOLOL!
 
I gotta sell some of my babies yall...the big ones that is!
I tried to get pics yesterday in my haste to prepare for mom's surgery and vacation...the coop area (run included) is just overwhelming with this many and the lil babies ain't even included in there yet!!!

And I just finally remembered to see when Joey (my oldest) was born and yall I missed bootyhead's birthday!?! What kinda gamma am i!?I!?!
He turned 1 year old November 15th!
Happy birthday bootyhead! One on top!

Oh so adorable! And we can feel bad together - I forgot Ferdy's 1st birthday on the 20th June and Penelope's 1st on the 21st June! Lord alone knows how as it was the cats' birthday on the 19th and DH on the 23rd. I guess I'm just a total scatterbrain.

It really hasn't!
Got mom all checked in for surgery and DH was gonna do fresh water for baby cochins and don't ya know ole bootyhead aka Joey got him on the leg... if he wouldn't kill me I'd post the video from the coop cam!!! He ended up hitting him couple times with a gallon jug. Said he might be having rooster dinner late lol! U gotta know my DH...he closes his eyes to put our blind cat down that our rottie got a hold of...so Joey knows he's all 👍!
