I got a picture of Iris’s toe. It looks a bit better IRL than I’d does in the pic.

There’s still a spot that needs to be cleared out, but it looks so much better than before.

None of his other spots have cleared up yet, or gotten noticeably better.
I haven’t been able to remove a lot of the scab, and there hasn’t really been a ‘normal’ plug.

I found the rooster napping with his head deep in the tree roots. Is he channeling his inner ostrich, or did he put himself in a time out? This was definitely a new one for me.

No. I fished out all of the dead ones. I’m still not totally sure how this works, but I’m assuming I don’t want to give them live ones, because the live ones are still reproducing.
