What did you forget to put on the Thanksgiving table?

Tried the dry salt method on a Kosher Turkey from Trader Joes. When I opened the bag Thanksgiving morn, the smell about knocked me out.
We had pizza.

I guess I'm not the only one that forgot the cranberry sauce then. I didn't even notice until I finally got to sit down and eat. I'm also the only one that likes it. So it wasn't a problem for anyone but me.
