Woke up to the smell of coffee. I wandered into the living room to find a long stem rose, a cute fluffy stuffed pink puppy dog and some candy. Then for dinner, he grilled us filet mignon and baked potatoes. I got him a cigar humidor.

I got a head count of my pets appaerntly we have 24 not including feeder rats! other then that my dh is lame when it comes to holidays he tells me to go buy myself something which I refuse to do.

DH got me chocolate, Flowers (smells like funeral flowers) and cards. I gave myself 8 new chicks. 2 EE, 2 Barred Rocks, 2 Australorps, and 2 RIRs. Plus, I gave my notice at work. Time for some time with the chicks!

One got sick over lunch after church, so we hustled home. Then the second one went to evening church and came home with an upset stomach and a migraine. She put two and two together and realized she is allergic to pizza. Better luck next year I guess.

Funny because we didn't plan it or anything and I got him a build-a-bear too!
