I'm making tuna casserole and DH is pathetically grateful. He loves it when I cook, which I don't do more than two or three times a week. He doesn't either.

Tonight I had molasses that were made in the mountains and biscuits.

If you've never had molasses that weren't mass produced you haven't lived.

Linguini with shrimp and scallops in a garlic/butter sauce. (Half price pasta night at a local Italian restaurant.)

I whipped up some sweet and sour chicken over steamed rice, stir fry veggies with a side of sweet peppers stir fried in olive oil a salted slightly heavy.Yummy!!
