Tonight is ribs and pasta salad. I already started the pork ribs in the oven (rubbed with seasonings, splashed hot sauce on them, then put in bbq sauce and orange juice wrapped in foil) cooking on low for a few hours in the oven. Pasta salad is the Suddenly Salad bacon and ranch. Maybe have a handfull of chips as well. We'll see. We went into a chicken phase, then broke it up on Satuday night with tequila lime shrimp and lime cilantro rice. Sunday we had pizza during the Ravens and Steelers game. Tonight ribs, and back to chicken tomorrow.
