What disease is this?

my polish rooster has been limping a lot and now its like its lame and he doesn't want to move. his foot is twice the size of the other one(the second pic) and on the bottom of his foot; the sole of it is bigger than usual and when I touch it its a little hard(first pic). I think it might be bumble foot but don't want to act until sure.

Probably an infection (bumble foot) unless there's a fracture.
Does he have a leg band that's moved above his hock? Or a cold/ frostbitten foot?
Diagnosis by Dr. Internet is a chancy thing!

no he does not have a frostbitten toe and I don't have a leg band on him. I was wanting to find out what others though instead of going to the vet(which will cost some good money). thanks for your help

Mary's right. Diagnosis using a couple of fuzzy photos is just this side of useless. If you had simply stated "my chicken has a sore foot" and not posted any photos, by the law of averages, we could guess it's probably bumblefoot and end up maybe getting it right because chickens injure their feet and staph germs colonize the wound far more often than, for example, avian gout or infectious arthritis are the causes.

I can't see enough detail in the photos to know if black scabs are present on the feet. If there are no black scabs, that would cause me to doubt that staphylococcus might be the cause.

If your bird is suffering pain, you may give him up to one baby aspirin twice a day, and it's usually successful at making the patient more comfortable.

Could you please take a clearer pic of the foot? It would be helpful! Do you see any black spots on the foot? It wouldn't hurt to soak the foot in an epsom salt bath before taking a clearer pic. That way the foot is clean for the pic & the bird has the added benefit of a soothing bath! A video of the rooster can be beneficial also (needs to be uploaded to youtube first). Thanks! Hopefully you can find some help!

I entirely agree with other posters. Get the foot soaked in a warm Epsom salts bath and cleaned up properly and then take a decent photo, so we have a better idea of what the problem may be.
