What Do I Have, Are They Hens

The red one has saddle feathers for sure and it looks like the other one does too, hard to see though (think I need glasses!)

The one with the white is a roo, but the dark one is just to hard to see. I don't know what eveyone else is seeing, or if it's my monitor but I can't see it.

I had to go back & look at the first picture when someone said they saw saddle feathers. I do see them on the red one. The shape of the red ones head remindes me of the EE's. The white colored one has the feathers at the cheeks, that says EE to me. I am new & have learned alot for here so I could still be wrong.

yes, just look at the saddle feathers

Tail feathers too...they are both definitely roos.

They are both roos

where did you get them from? perhaps return them, did the seller say they are hens?

Looks like Roos to me. I see saddle feathers.... and they both have muffs on thier cheeks, so they r Ameracaunas - EE

Saddle Feathers.....the skinny droopy feathers in front of the tail feathers. Took me forever to be able to see them myself. But now it is the first place I look. Dark one is a for sure rooster.

Don't know on the lighter one.

Spurs aren't the best way to tell roo from hen. I have some roos that will get spurs when they are 6 months, and others that won't grow them for a year. I have hens that have spurs, too.
