What do these symptoms sound like

Several of my hens have the same set of symptoms: wheezy chest, slight weight loss and dripping fecal matter that's soiled their tail feathers. I have the whole flock on Duramycin in their water + ACV, also in their water. So far, no one seems to be getting worse but I'm very concerned. Do any of you guys have a guess as to what these symptoms sound like? There's no runny nose or eyes, and no other symptoms. The diarrhea is the most prevalent symptom.

Diarrhea is common with respiratory disease, but there may be coccidiosis or worms too. Be sure to treat them with probiotics or a bit of buttermilk or plain yogurt when the antibiotics are finished. If you see bald red vents with white patches along with foul smelling dripping diarrhea, it may be vent gleet, which is similar to a yeast infection. The probiotics will help and Nustock or Miconazole cream around the vent helps.
