What do you collect?

My DD used to collect Carebears too. She had a small talking Sunshinebear that said" Hi friends Harmony bear here"
it all started with a Grumpy bear that she found under a Holiday Inn bed .

Oh i forgot i also collect small electric kitchen appliances (who wouldnt need a 2$ Snoopy wafflemaker) and red kitchen utensils.Even DH learned and bought me a red measuring spoon and cups set.

I used to collect lots of stuff but not so much anymore, except for fabric. yarn, and Jacks. Anything that is a "Jack" or says "Jack" on it.

Oh, and like many others, I collect Bunnies............ Dust Bunnies. LOL

It's a lantern/candle holder from Home and Garden Party. I used to do home parties through them....

I just to looked them up and it looks like they changed their name!

It seems like lately I've been collecting ducks, orange tabby cats, and dogs

Seriously though, I collect mismatched antique silver flatware (I literally go into every thrift store I see and dig through all the forks and spoons), silver serving trays, any neat-looking glass jar, and feathers from my birds. I have BAGS of feathers - they're sorted into the fluffy down stuff that will eventually be used in a blanket, and the big, pretty ones used for crafting.

I collect Harmony Garden pieces. They are in the shape of flowers and when you open them there is a Lady Bug ( his name is Lord Byron ) and in each box he is doing something different. All the pieces are retired now so they are getting harder to find.

Wow! I love African violets! I have a few at home that I pamper and one at work. But they are old now. 300! That must have been fun - I bet they were gorgeous, do you have any pics of them?

I do have pictures. My favorite African Violets are the trailing varieties, they grow fuller and bloom longer with way more flowers. I am involved in the local AV club, and won best in show. They are way easy to propagate which is my downfall.

Pictured below is a mini Av Trailer.

Sorry for the heavy picture, but I love sharing my Photo's. There are a lot of Indoor flowering house plants in the AV family, it's extremely addicting

Thank you for the pics! Beautiful! I have never seen the trailing kind. Gotta keep my eye out for one of them! What do you feed yours?
