I collect object I find. It's really just me being able to find really great things without meaning too. Normally on the ground like someone dropped it. I should take some photos of it all.
Ive found a handmade Japanese good luck charm, a uvb keychain light, a strange cat sculpture, an office chair, an apple keychain, a rabbits foot, two wonderful pet rats in a box, one dog, an adorable little bird house table for my computer, a llama doll with real llama fur on it and several Buddhist toys/sculptures. That's off the top of my head though. I have so much more.

Beanie Babies! Years ago I used to stand in lines for hours to get the latest ones!
So, now that they are worthless, I have over 500 of them!

Quilting: I have thousands of yards of fabric, and over a million quilt patterns, books, and magazines.

It's a sickness.... nothing in moderation ....

My latest collection is chickens, and chick dander.
I would like to collect eggs, if they would ever start laying!

I have always collected children's tea sets. I have a few pieces from my mother's childhood and a couple from mine - I was rough with mine and broke them up. My dear mama glued them back together for me. My sister gave me an antique set that even has a soup turreen. My nieces give me something and then it just builds into a collection - chicken figurines, bells, kitty figurines. My DH collects eagles - paintings, figurines of pewter, wood, brass, etc. I would love to have a cleared out house (not the backyard kind), but I love all my little memories.

I collect vintage ladies electric shavers. I have about a dozen, and some are just too cool looking. I think all of them still work, too.

I'm also collecting unique tin cans/glass jars for my kitchen herbs/veggie starter plants. I like the cans with labels you don't see everyday, I have one with arabic(?) writing from a Big Lot store. My twisted version of being Martha I guess.

I collect Blakely dishes and glasses. They were a give-a-way from Blakely Gas Stations in the 50's.
I remember my Mom bringing home glasses after getting gas. Most gas stations were here in Arizona, I think California had a few too. I have the largest collection around, at least I've never heard of anyone having as many as I do. Totally crazy!! At first it was just casual, I like these. Then it was I wonder if I can find more. Then with the start of Ebay I became compulsive. LOL
