What Do You Crave???

Ok, y'all...I posted the funnel cake & donut recipe in the recipe section. The funnel cake isn't hard. However, the donut recipe is more complicated.

Rosalind...tree-ripened peaches...now, I'm drooling. 2 years ago, DH & I drove to South Carolina to buy some tree-ripened peaches. Everybody had picked them way too soon--even the people with backyard orchards.

Those hard peaches soften up but they still taste green.

Hooligan--that shortcake looks delicious! Did you grow those strawberries?

PurpleChicken--I've never heard of a dunky egg. I'm picturing somebody dunking a hardboiled egg in coffee...eewww that just sounds nasty.

Now, since I read the suggestion, I think fresh, tree-ripe peaches would be wonderful...

Unfortunately, my own food cravings are a bit wierder. Italian salad dressing and pickle juice! I think it must be the salt I start craving....

We usually don't eat out but lately I have been craving
McDonald's chicken nuggets with honey mustard sauce and a big mac
Taco bell taco's and a big burrito
Wendy's hamburgers and fry's
Tin roof sundae ice cream on a sugar cone
cheese and wheat crackers
chips mostly sour cream and onion but also b-b-q
clam chowder
fried fish well any sea food really
I could keep going but I will just get hungry

I am so going to gain 90 lbs. this time

To the peanut butter cravers.......I just wanted to mention the new PB i found. Its called "white chocolate peanut butter" and if you thought PB is good.....LOL you would not believe how awesome WCPB is

Most anything involving chocolate an PB. There's a restaurant/bakery around here that makes the most amazing homemade PB cups, they are huge...a handful worth and that's just one cup! Yum-o!
