What do YOU do about buyer backout??

Just wondering what some of you do if/when someone wanting your eggs backsout or you are unable to get in contact with them. I am currently possibly faced with this situation and am wondering if I should give the person more time to respond or set my collected eggs myself. I have been trying to contact to finalize things since the 18th of this month, and have sent both PM's and an email now - no response. I don't think they are on much. I don't want to disappoint, but they have also not sent any money yet either. I would be happy to set these eggs myself, but I have eggs that I ordered that should be here anytime, and I won't have the extra space once they do. What do you do in circumstances like these??

Chickens would set them.
You can always give the person the next batch of eggs.

Set them since eggs are time sensitive anyway. If you don't set them and they never respond, you lose either way.

Mine aren't sold until I get the payment, until then they are still up for sale. First one who pays, gets the eggs.

I would have to agree with the "not sold until paid" I would post that-try and sell them?
