Its a 'dense' cookie made for dipping. I hate them super hard so I make them softer, I have my own recipe I messed with the texture. This is not the hard as a rock stuff you get out the jar at a coffee shop that's been sitting around for days. It does have an excellent shelf life of 30 days or more and freezes well up to 6 months. We bake the day before shipment and they always come priority so they get their fast.
