What do you do for winter water?

We have our coop out where there is no access to electric. Are there any tips on how to keep the water from freezing up in the winter time. Where we keep our birds we can only visit them 1 to 2 times a day at most. What do you all do to help keep fresh water available at all times?

I carry it to them at least twice...sometimes more times a day during the winter. I'd love to have a hydrant out by the pens, but I don't so I carry it from my utility room. I've got 10 seperate pens so it takes awhile.

first winter with chickens in several years, when the waters freeze i will have to carry out water a few times a day for them, and i have 8 pens of them so itll take a bit
