What do you do if one of your beloved chicks turns out to be a rooster

However I decided that if I raise chickens and know how they led their lives, how they were treated, how they were killed.....then I'm okay with eating that meat. It is, however, the only meat I eat. On a related note, we decided not to let ANY of the bird go to waste so their lives weren't in vain. So we use heads/feet to make stock, innards become pet food and so on. The only thing we throw away are the feathers, and the bones, after they also have been made into stock.
