What do you do if you can't remember? 15 and 1 problem.

Well I checked my bator at 11am for the first time today, I know I'm dumb. The temp was 113. I think this will be the last time I put egss in the bator at winter time. The temp outside last night was 12. Today is day 18, I have no hope.

I'm going to move them from the turner and see what happens. I tried to candle but couldn't see anything. Most of them were pretty full. I may have seen movement in one. But were my eyes deceiving me? I am real down this morning, I guess I better take care of my chickens outside. At least I still have them, I hope.

yeah, just let em try. You don't know how long it was high, and it takes a while for an egg to cool or heat up all the way through. You may luck out still. Here's hoping for you.

Thanks, I'm not hoping for anything and maybe I'll be lucky. I lowered the temp and it went down to 95. I moved the bator to a room not so cold. I had it next to the fireplace and I could feel cold air coming from somewhere. It's now in the dining room. DH is not to happy but the temp went from 95 to 101 in about 30 minutes. I'm going to keep checking it every 1/2 hour. So far so good.

I have a fuzzy butt. It's a day early. I found my sons vaporizer because I don't have a humidifier and I have that running. Hopefully it will help bring up the humidity in the room. I will keep you all updated. And thanks.
