I all the seeds I planted for the birds never did come up. I'm not sure why I did water them every couple of days.
I was talking to DH about trying to plant some greens of some kind for the birds in the back of their runs about the same time we will be planting winter grass for the cows. We will see.

Arielle we do the fried green tomatoes the same way as the okra. Dip it in milk and egg wash, then mix equal parts of corn meal and flour cover completely. In a skillet cover the bottom with oil and place the tomatoes flat and fry till golden on the bottom then flip on the other side when you take them out salt lightly.
