When my husband and I first built our house 20 years ago. I moved in without the benefit of blinds or window coverings (they arrived about 10 days later). All my clothes were packed and so I slept naked (Not the first time I must add). The first morning in my new bedroom I got up and went to the triple sliding glass door to stretch and see the sunrise over the river. To my suprise, there was a bass fisherman in his boat just about 30 feet from me. The look on his face was a mixture of shock and embarassment and he just sat there frozen like a deer in the headlights not knowing what to do.
Although I was horribly embarassed, I decided to take the humorous route. I smiled and waved, he responded with a weak wave, and I made a quick exit to find my box of clothes.
Now, I am not an exhibitionist, nor was he a pervert. It was just one of those things that happens in life when people encounter other people being themselves. I sincerely hope that rational good judgment prevails in this case and they charge this lady with "filing a frivolous lawsuit" since there isn't a statute on the books for "unbelievable stupidity".
