Depends on how busy the day is -

Today it was grilled new york strip steaks, fresh green beans sauteed with parmesan cheese - spring mix salad, yeast rolls
and mac and cheese - (for dh who doesnt think it a veggie unless its a potato, rice or pasta

)

Cheese and broccoli.... YUM!!!! And the cows are ok - they just give the milk to make the cheese.

Roast beef, yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes, mash potatoes, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower, gravy, horseradish sauce, and a large glass of Merlot to wash it down .....it was yummmmmmmy!

i usually roast a chicken, and make mashed potatoes and gravy, stuffing,peas and carrots, rolls, and a cake of some sort.
