What do you like to do with your eggs?

Pics
Most of mine are given to family members or I feed them back to my birds either cooked or raw. I get a lot of eggs at the height of the season, and we aren't big egg eaters, I just like chickens.

My chickens are still pullets and I haven't gotten eggs yet since I have only had my chickens for two months and they are my first flock, so I was a little curious at what everybody else does with their eggs. How do you eat them/use them? What do you do with them? :)
what eggs we don't eat ourselves, we cook and feed to our animals, including our chickens, AND THEN, I boil the egg shells, bake them dry, powder the shells for a calcium supplement for the girls (chickens)

I have just begun to get eggs from my girls. I give them to friends and family. If you have bakers in the family they will love fresh eggs. My niece and I did an experiment with our first eggs vs store bought eggs (great science project). I love hard boiled eggs (so do my dogs). If you have pot lucks to attend deviled eggs are usually a hit. I'm sure the food banks or your church or a church would know people in need that would appreciate them. I hope this helps, there is nothing like fresh eggs, so creamy and rich, yum!

If you garden, tomatoes and other plants love the egg shells.

:lau We eat them ALL! But I only have 5 chickens and 5 people and get a max of 3 a day at the moment . . . but we have been known to go through 4 dozen a week, so I'm looking forward to getting a few more chickens so we can do things like make meringues and pound cakes . . .
