What do you like to do with your eggs?

I hard boil a dozen every weekend to take to work for second breakfast during the week.
Every couple weeks I use 24 (bantam) eggs to make two pound cakes. Cut in slices, wrap and freeze. Take a slice to work every day.
Bantam eggs also make great bite sized pickled eggs.
Durigh high production I swirl some together and freeze flat in zip locks, those work well in cake and quiche in winter when production slows.

Thanks for all of the ideas, I’ll give them to my neighbors and eat a lot since we ARE big egg eaters! I’ll also use them for baking since we do that once and a while

I don’t have bantams, my chickens are the ones in my profile picture

My favorite food is breakfast burritos, I am also perfecting a hard-boiled egg recipe. I noticed that when I used eggs from our chickens the deviled eggs tasted very vinegary, even when they had just mayo and mustard. At the moment I am using a German mustard. I also sell some at work for a reasonable price. I also make egg-salad quesadillas . Those are awesome.

I have noticed that my non-egg protein consumption has gone down.
