What do you like to do with your eggs?

Pics
I guessed at how long they were in there. It could have been longer. I haven't cut one open yet, so I'll find out tonight. Kids are going to their dad's for the evening so I'm having egg salad for dinner.

Gosh there is so much to do with eggs. Of course I hard boil for a nice snack, scramble, fry .for dippy eggs or for an egg sandwich. Deviled for parties which is always a hot! Deviled egg sandwiches and I sometimes add tuna. My boyfriend loves breakfast burritos with egg, potato, jalepeno, linguicia or chorizo and a tad of onion. I make potato or macaroni salad. Cookies, pies, cakes. During Easter I make Easter pies which use a lot! My kids wish I would make them all year. I could go on and on...meatloaf, fried on top of a cheeseburger or you could go "Rocky" style and drink them raw!

10 minute - sounds like your eggs were room temp. I find you need closer to 15 minutes for refrigerated eggs, unless you like soft boiled.

Thanks for reporting back! Glad that it worked for you.
I do 9-10 with eggs from the fridge, they aren't HARD but they are solid, maybe a little bit of soft somewhat wet yolk in the middle, but at least 90% of the yolk is hard cooked.

Next I will try the slow cooker eggs... eggs that taste like roast beef sound good to me..

Hi. Like that question. :)
We eat them, cook & give some back to the chickens, save the shells crush them and feed them back to chickens as a calcium supplement, give some to friends, family, neighbors, our employers, Vet, Dr., Chiropractor, Mail Carrier(s), etc., sell some, hatch some and do it all over again! :)
