From Stromberg's website - a partridge laced cochin - looks a lot like your roo in pic #4, just rounder - but your hen could well be partridge. She's got the double-lacing.

The only one I still have in the frizzled roo and a red frizzled pullet. I think he's gorgeous, but he doesn't have the best attitude. Luckily he's small and doesn't bug me too much.

Every time he bugs you, pick him up and tuck his head under your armpit. Be sure to carry him around that way until he submits for at least a minute or two. Once he figures out that it happens every time he takes you on, I'll bet that behavior disappears toot-sweet!
