Has anyone seen chicks being taken out of one of these new brooders? I haven't, but I do have a prediction:

Chicks run to the back corner, person has their entire arm inside trying to reach the huddle of chicks and then find the right chick. And that's if the person's arm is long enough to reach the far corner--otherwise they'll need a second person reaching in from the other side.

I'm thinking there will be a stool they can use. They only look like 3 feet long, which even my arms are pretty close to that

You can buy them from tractor supply online. Your's had them in stock. They looked nice. Reasonably priced ($200) but I like brooding in the coop, I'll stick to the MHP.

I hate that its only one bin and not the stacked ones! i dont think i want to pay 200 for only a single box.

Pretty standard honestly, and a lot seem even more expensive without buying the whole kit for like 1600 bucks
