Sorry, but the mental visual of dogs dragging a pig-head onto someones' property has me crying with laughter. Sorry if anybody finds this twisted but I can think of a few snobby lawns I would love to decorate with a pig-head.

Yep, as soon as we all buy into repealing the right to bear arms the government will stomp all over us. It's not so I can shoot a deer or protect myself, it's to keep the government from becoming too powerful. It poses a threat that we can rebel. Before you know it they'll try to take away sharp objects... At least they haven't thought about owning a bow illegal.

#1 Agree. If they aren't in shape then they're more likely to do themselves harm and let the bad guy get away. A no win all around.

#2 Yup 16 and every year after. At the very least it should be done to any who've gotten in a wreck or ticket in the previous year.

#3 Depends on the restaurant. If it's got a kid's menu then you should expect some folks will use it. If no kid's menu in sight then you should figure you can expect a scream free meal.

I'd add #4 Make the US Gov't have the same rule as Texas as per budgets. You cannot purposely plan a negative budget. Spit happens, but your spending shouldn't be planned to cause problems.
