I thought I remembered reading about a brown sex-link somewhere on here but there were no pictures so I don't know how it would differ from a red one.

I found a few pictures of golden comets on goole but they don't look like her cause they have white on them... As do the red stars....

Well, she could be a sexlink, but her coloring is too uniform, IMO. She looks quite a bit like a hatchery quality New Hampshire hen. Some are more bright orangey with black streaking in the hackles and black in the tail, but I've seen some that didn't have that. My two have pretty much no black in the hackles and little in the tail.
She also looks like she could be a cross between a RIR and a Buff Orpington, with the daddy being the Buff Orp due to her coloring.

My Production Red roo and RIR hen are very dark red, like Cetawin's photo.
