Well, number one, it would be HUGE! With a large walk-in predator proof run. It would be easy to split the coop into sections and there would be a couple extra coops on the outside for quarantine. And...much more!

My dream coop is the one I already have, LOL!
I have perches, a section for my pigeons, a section for young birds, a brooder, nesting boxes and it's easy to clean out! It's also a walk in coop.

Let's see. I would want it to have:

• Laying area/nest that is accessible from the outside so every morning I could just walk out and get them
• A walk-in coop and run
• Food and water that can be filled from outside
• A 3x3 quarantine coop/brooder
• Inside storage
• Stable doors for good ventilation

Massive ventilation.

Walk-in.

Divisible to allow separation of subflocks and/or rotation through pens/runs.

Built-in brooder area and a place for one or more broodies to raise chicks.

Outside access to feeders, waterers, and nestboxes.

Electricity and water.

Storage.
