What ducks do I have?

I have fibromyalgia also and best thing that helped me was not eating grains, I do on occasion not very often. And of course a healthy diet too.

I'm gluten and lactose intolerant, so we're moving him that way already. One doctor suggested eating less of everything that isn't meat and colorful vegetables, so we added meat chickens to the garden plan. The kids and I wont eat animals, though, and we will only eat eggs or milk from animals we know are well taken care of, so there was no way he would get away with eating their breakfast-supplying pets. However, the agreement has already been made that the meanest are his meals, whether they were originally intended for it or not. Our yard is too small for mean animals if they'll help him feel better.

Yes stay away way away from processed junk that’s called food. It can be expensive to eat the best you can but we only get our bodies one time gotta take care of them. I don’t garden or raise my birds for eating except for the occasional to many Roos.

Runner, Rouen and Appleyard or Welsh Harliquin
If it's a Welsh Harlequin, I'll never hear the end of it. When we were trying to figure their breeds out on our own, the kids wanted to name it Quinzel after Harley in the Batman cartoons, and I said no, because everywhere said they're rare. So, they named her Diana Prince (Wonder Woman) instead.
