Very lovely pullets, Buff Orp males get large combs early and look a lot different at this age.

Oh for real? They have me a little confused because of pink ish color on the comb and their size ngl šŸ˜… but I’m happy with the odds if they end up being all pullets

Buff Orps are big birds, and in my experience the pullets tend to develop that flushed pink appearance pretty early on. With most other breeds, I would be suspicious of how pink they are as well but it is not an immediate sign of roosterdom in Buff Orps. The males often are obvious with a big red comb by 4-6 weeks.

Thank u for the help! šŸ™‚ ya on my male cochin kriel that is around a week younger even him has a way bigger comb and indeed more red so I hope indeed they’re all pullets 🫣
