What gender are these two chickens? Please reply!

I don't know what breed it is so I could be wrong. But the red one--that's a rooster! I would be shocked if it was a female. Too much comb, too big of waddles, and has a rooster look about it.

they both look like pullets. a black star is a black sex link and its 300% a pullet but full body shots on the other one would help

Update! I decided when they become older, even if they are hens, I'm still going to give them away. I know, I know, I feel SO guilty doing this. But still, my girls are being pecked and chased by other chickens becuase of thier age and size. I'll still give them away to a good place with a nice farmer who would take care of them. And also, I am going to raise and release chickens to save lives!
