What gender / breed is this?

I was told this one is a pure araucana - but he/ she has feathers on their legs. No red in comb or wattles (black!). Born around March 4th so around 11-12 weeks old now.

If they are a silkie cross I don’t mind but I didn’t get silkies as the yard gets muddy sometimes and I was worried about that.. and their inability to keep dry… I hope he or she will be ok
