What gender & breed? Told it was a hen, watched it mount another hen and it never crows?? Don't think it's EE, last pic is flock he came from

The person I got him from had a whole flock. He got them as chicks. They were all this color, gray, or white and gray. Here is another pic. He is at least 6 months old, maybe more.
