What gender is my Buff Orpington chick

Is it too early to tell a gender? It seems more outgoing than my other two but this one looks much older than the others. The others are still full fuzz.

How old do you think this one is?

Its certainly got a lot of comb development, so it could well be a cockerel, but I'm not familiar with the breed.

I'm going to guess male, I've gotten some from hatcheries before, the females develop like the australorps in terms of comb.

Roo. Orps can be hard to tell, but this one has so much comb development so young that I would say roo.
