What gender is my duck?

Hey guys! So I am needing a second opinion on what breed and gender is my duck. I know the white one is a crested Pekin but I am having a little trouble identifying what gender he/she may be. The crested Pekin is about 4-5 months old. I thought she was a girl. However when I was out taking care of them today I noticed that her tail feathers looked like it was starting to curl. I am starting to think she might actually be a boy but I’m still a little unsure.
The grey/bluish duck is definitely a boy but I am unsure of what breed he is.

male because of Yellow beak and sex curls. Listen for the raspy shooo sound. Female ducks makes the quack

Both male. The darker colored one may be a Rouen drake.
