WHAT GENDER IS THIS BARRED ROCK???!!

This barred rock is 15 weeks old. I have posted before about this one and you guys said pullet. Just curious because he gets loud sometimes. I have 2 other ones, a white leghorn and a buff orpington. So is this a rooster or pullet. Thanks!
